Catalina Cabach

Catalina Cabach is a skilled psychologist with a focus on sport psychology and extensive experience in managing sports teams and supporting elite athletes. From 2017 to 2025, they served as the Athletes Support Manager at the Chilean Olympic Committee, providing career transition advice and organizing workshops for national athletes. Currently, they hold the position of Women's Refereeing Manager at FIFA, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
