Conor Marlin

Conor Marlin is a highly experienced talent development professional in the sports industry, currently serving as a Talent Coach in the High Performance Division of FIFA since September 2023, with a focus on establishing a National Academy in Bahrain. Conor also holds the position of Independent Non Executive Director (Performance) with the British Handball Association and has served as a mentor for The True Athlete Project. Previous roles include Head of Coaching & Player Development at Bradford City AFC and Scouting Coordinator for the Irish Football Association. Conor has extensive experience in talent assessment and development through roles with double pass, working on international scouting projects and evaluations for the Premier League and English Football League. Conor's earlier positions include Head of Academy at Oldham Athletic and a Sales Representative for Veo Technologies. Conor's educational background includes an Executive MBA and an MSc in Sports Management, along with UEFA A License qualification and a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science with first class honours.
