Georges Luechinger

Georges Luechinger has extensive experience in various roles related to communication, organization, and leadership within the sports industry. Since June 1995, Georges has been involved with Lüchinger Establishment, serving as Unternehmer/Kommunikator/Organisator/Netzwerker. In January 2014, ownership of Liact was acquired, complementing duties as a UEFA Match Delegate since September 2009, overseeing match activities and venues for international competitions. In December 2012, Georges took on the role of FIFA Match Commissioner, ensuring all aspects of the venue and activities are managed for World Cup qualifiers. Additionally, Georges is a member of the board of directors for BSC Young Boys Bern since November 2016, emphasizing a sense of honor and responsibility in this role. Engagements in event management include serving as an announcer and MC at the Spengler Cup Davos and Cycling Unlimited, reflecting a long-standing contribution to sports events as a speaker and team leader since 1990.
