Gerd Dembowski is currently serving as the Senior Diversity & Anti-Discrimination Manager at FIFA. They have extensive experience in human rights and anti-discrimination work, having held roles such as the Coordinator of social work and education at Fanprojekt Duisburg and the Coordinator of the Fare network programme. Dembowski has also worked as a journalist and lecturer, focusing on sports, social issues, and equality, while publishing two books and conducting a reading tour.
