Hala Ousta

Hala Ousta is an experienced professional in diversity and inclusion within the field of sports and public policy. Ousta served as Diversity & Inclusion Officer and later as Diversity & Inclusion Manager at the Scottish Football Association from March 2012 to April 2016. Following this role, Ousta worked for the Scottish Government in the capacity of Equality Information, Policy and Advice from November 2011 to March 2012 and then engaged in policy development and community engagement at Govanhill Housing Association Ltd. from May 2009 to November 2011. Ousta's association with FIFA began in November 2018 as Diversity & Accessibility Manager, and Ousta currently holds the position of Senior Diversity & Accessibility Manager since April 2022. Ousta has an extensive educational background, holding a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from The University of Glasgow and a PgD in Equality & Discrimination from the University of Strathclyde, among other qualifications in football management and law.
