Ian Douglas

Ian Douglas is an experienced professional in operations and event management with a significant history in the sports industry. Currently serving as the Ticketing Operations Manager at FIFA since May 2021, Ian has previously held key positions at The R&A as Manager and Celtic Football Club as Operations Manager.
