Jacek Gapinski

Jacek Gapinski is a Senior Network Engineer at FIFA since March 2020, specializing in the design, implementation, and management of corporate and event networks, including significant projects like the 2026 World Cup and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023. With a strong background in network engineering and project management, Jacek has led various initiatives, such as overseeing infrastructure for high-profile tournaments, managing vendor negotiations, and mentoring engineering teams. Previous roles at Netstream AG, Sunrise, and Alcatel-Lucent involved advanced network engineering, where Jacek contributed to the migration and redesign of critical network infrastructure. Jacek holds two Master's degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from Uniwersytet Technologiczno-Przyrodniczy im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich w Bydgoszczy.
