Lance Vanhaitsma

Lance VanHaitsma serves as the Refereeing Technical and Development Senior Manager at CONCACAF since November 2019, following various managerial roles focused on refereeing. Lance is also a FIFA Referees Committee Member and a FIFA Futsal Technical Instructor, engaging in the implementation and interpretation of the Laws of the Game. Additionally, Lance holds the position of NCAA Video Education Coordinator for soccer and is an Advisory Board Member for the Sports Management Program at Keiser University. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Director of Operations for the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association, where Lance supported numerous collegiate soccer referees. Lance's earlier career included participating as a FIFA Futsal Referee at international events and a professional educator in the School District of Palm Beach County. Lance earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Psychology from Western Michigan University.
