Rae Dower

Rae Dower is a dynamic and accomplished leader known for their extensive career in elite sport, law enforcement, education, and leadership. With a background as a former Matilda and a retired Detective Sergeant from the Queensland Police Service, Rae has over two decades of experience in building high-performing teams and developing strategic programs. They currently serve as a Technical Expert at FIFA, and previously held positions including Technical Director of Women's Football at Football Australia and Head Coach of the Women's U17 National Team. Rae has successfully blended their expertise in coaching with a commitment to fostering excellence and inclusivity in sports.
