Richard Allen

Richard Allen is a High Performance Specialist and TID Lead at FIFA since July 2022, contributing to the FIFA Talent Development Scheme and overseeing Talent Identification. As the owner of Richard A Allen Consulting Limited since January 2018, Richard has worked with various prominent organizations, including FIFA, The English FA, and Tottenham Hotspur FC. Additionally, Richard serves as the Director of Football at Loughborough University and was a Senior Football Executive and Technical Advisor at Yokohama FC from February 2022 to February 2023. Richard has held key positions such as FA Council Member, Head of Talent Identification at The Football Association, Head of Academy at QPR FC, and Head of Academy Recruitment at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. Richard’s career in football began in 1985 at The Crown and Manor Club, and education was completed at the University of Greenwich from 1982 to 1985.
