Roberto Díaz is currently the Assistant Referee Leader at the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF). Previously, they served as a First Division Assistant Referee for the RFEF from 1998 to 2023 and were a FIFA International Assistant Referee and Instructor from 2008 to 2023. They held a regional sales manager position at NUTRAL SCA from 2004 to 2005 and worked as a marketing assistant at ABGAM between 2002 and 2003. Roberto also gained experience as a delegate manager at Urilogistics, S.L. from 1999 to 2002. They earned a Master's Degree in Protocol and Event Management from Universidad Camilo José Cela and a Master's in Sport Management from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
