Solomon Mudege

Solomon Mudege is a seasoned professional in sport management with extensive experience at FIFA since September 2010, currently serving as the Head of Development Programmes for Africa, overseeing the implementation of the FIFA Forward programme across 54 member associations and supporting strategic initiatives. Mudege has held various roles within FIFA, including Marketing Venue Manager at Stadium 974 during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and has a solid background in account management and on-site marketing for multiple FIFA events. Prior to FIFA, Mudege worked as a Marketing Consultant for the Eastern Cape Academy of Sport and served as a Contract Lecturer at Nelson Mandela University, teaching multiple courses in human movement science. Mudege’s academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Movement Science and a Master's in Management, Law, and Humanities of Sport from the FIFA Master program.
