Stephane Auvray currently serves as a Talent Coach for FIFA, a position held since September 2023. In addition, Auvray is the Head Coach of the Saint-Martin Men's National Football Team since March 2019. Auvray's experience in football is extensive, including serving as Director of the European Soccer Institute from 2013 to 2023, overseeing youth teams aged U8 to U17, and as Director of Player Development for the Southampton Pro Academy Program for U13 to U18 players from 2018 to 2019.
