Tori Penso

Tori Penso serves as an esteemed FIFA Referee for the United States since January 2021 and holds the role of Managing Director at the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association, where oversight encompasses over 100 chapters and approximately 5,000 members. Previously, Tori was an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida, teaching Social Media in Sports at the highly ranked Muma School of Business. Tori’s extensive officiating experience includes being a National Referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation, where over 50 professional matches were officiated annually. Additionally, Tori has held key marketing positions at companies such as Sparxoo and BrandMuscle, contributed to national marketing strategies at Red Bull, and gained initial experience with Momentum Worldwide and Ogilvy & Mather. Tori holds an M.B.A. in Business Strategy from the Weatherhead School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and International Affairs from Florida State University.
