Paul Thalacker has extensive experience in analytics and strategic decision making. Paul most recently worked as the Director of Commercial Analytics at FIFCO USA. Prior to that, they held positions at 3M as a Senior Manager in Analytics and Data Strategy. Paul also worked as the Director of Strategic Analytics and Pricing at Buffalo Wild Wings, where they led a team in developing new analytic capabilities and pricing strategies. Before that, they were a Director of Category and Customer Analytics at SUPERVALU, where they played a crucial role in influencing marketing and category strategies. Paul began their career at Best Buy as a Research and Analytics Lead Analyst.
Paul Thalacker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics-Statistics from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the same institution. Paul also holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics from Marquette University.
