Steve Brecher has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Steve started their career at Frito-lay in 1986, where they held progressive positions in Finance, Sales, and Operations. Steve had full P&L responsibility for a $370 million business region and managed a $50 million trade budget. In 2000, they joined Kellogg Company as the Sr. Director of Sales Finance & Business Management. Steve then served as the VP Finance and CFO of the Morning Foods (cereal) Division, managing a $3 billion business unit with over $1 billion investment budgets. In 2008, Steve became the CFO of Benco Dental and a member of the Finance Leadership Exchange. In 2015, they joined North American Breweries, Inc. as CFO before transitioning to their current role as Chief Financial Officer at FIFCO USA.
Steve Brecher attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
