Carla Ramírez

Carla Ramírez is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 13 years of experience in HR, organizational culture, and change management. At Citi, Carla held various roles, including Service Delivery Manager and HRSS Regional Chief of Staff, where they managed employee engagement initiatives and drove HR transformation projects. Most recently, Carla has been working with FIFCO, focusing on culture and talent management, as well as implementing employee development tools. Carla has an impressive educational background, including a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources from the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica.
