Mónica Castro

Mónica Castro is currently a Recruiter Specialist at FIFCO, where they have held several roles, including Líder de Reclutamiento Supply Chain. They completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Public Accounting at the Universidad de Costa Rica, followed by a Licenciatura in Business Administration. Mónica has also gained diverse experience through professional internships at the Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte and Banco de Costa Rica. Their passion lies in cultivating creativity, developing effective relationships, and achieving professional and personal goals with enthusiasm and commitment.
