Pedro Rojas is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in record to report (R2R) processes and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Team Leader of Record to Report at FIFCO since September 2021, Pedro previously held significant roles at Bridgestone de Costa Rica, where responsibilities included integration and standardization in financial services, as well as project management for SAP automation and process migration. Earlier experience included a position at British American Tobacco as Team Leader for R2R, contributing to host-to-host implementations and best practice SAP integration, and at Kimberly-Clark, where Pedro managed treasury functions and led R2R project migrations. Pedro holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica (2011-2013).
