Arvind Saripalli

Arvind Saripalli is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in application architecture, performance optimization, and infrastructure scaling. As a Founding Engineer at Fifteenth since November 2024, Arvind is involved in tax-related initiatives. Previously, while at Rippling from June 2022 to November 2024, Arvind focused on enhancing the speed and scalability of the platform. During a tenure at Asana from June 2020 to May 2022, Arvind led projects to expand data center offerings in the APAC region to meet enterprise data residency requirements. Additionally, an internship at Facebook in 2019 involved improving spelling correction through phonetics and machine learning methods. Arvind's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego, where early research work was conducted as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Statistical Visual Computing Lab, contributing to the Plankton Imaging project.
