Mara Smith is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the finance sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Finance at Fifth Down Capital since August 2023, Mara previously held positions such as Director of Finance at Anzu Partners from May 2021 to August 2023 and Fund Controller at Bain Capital Credit from July 2014 to May 2021. Earlier roles include Finance Manager and Finance Associate at Bain Capital Credit, as well as Audit Associate at Grant Thornton LLP between 2012 and 2014, where an internship was completed in 2011.
