Jonathan Merino

Jonathan Merino, Ph.D., is currently the Medical Strategy Director at Fifth Element, where they leverage their extensive experience in early drug discovery, infectious disease, oncology, and pain medicine to provide data-driven solutions for clients. Previously, they served as a Senior Medical Writer and Associate Director of Medical Strategy at 21GRAMS, developing client-ready content and collaborating with teams to formulate market strategies. Jonathan holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Molecular Pharmacology from Stony Brook University, where they also took a leadership role in the Consulting Club and completed a program in the fundamentals of the bioscience industry.
