Kaitlyn Nelson

Kaitlyn Nelson is a VP and Group Account Director at Fifth Element, a position they currently hold since 2025. They previously served as an Account Director and VP, Account Director at Neon, an IPG Health Company, from 2020 to 2022. Kaitlyn also worked as a Group Account Director at 21GRAMS and has extensive experience in account management from their time at Hudson Global. They earned a BS in Sport Management from the State University of New York College at Cortland, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
