Dawn Eldridge

Dawn Eldridge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership, project management, and business analysis, currently serving as the Principal Product Owner at Fifth Third Bank since January 2016. In this role, Dawn leads the Financial Reconciliation Product, delivering automated solutions for financial transactions, and oversees the Physical Security Product, enhancing real estate security through technology. Prior experience includes positions at DICK'S Sporting Goods as an Office Manager, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital as a Registration Clerk, and over 16 years at Convergys as a Senior Project Manager, where Dawn managed software development projects across multiple locations and facilitated various project activities.
