Mark Vickers

Mark Vickers is a seasoned Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer currently holding the position of Principal Agilist at Fifth Third Bank, where they lead the Debit initiative as part of the enterprise modernization effort. With a background that includes pivotal roles in various organizations like CareSource and GE Aviation, Mark has specialized in strategic IT alignment and Agile product leadership. They began their career as a Field Engineer and later advanced to management roles, culminating in extensive experience in IT project management and systems integration. Mark obtained an A.A.S. in Computer Network Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Sciences, further solidifying their expertise in technology and leadership.
