Shaun Patsy

Shaun Patsy is the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Fifth Third Bank, where they previously held the roles of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel as well as Vice President and Counsel. With a strong legal background in securities and corporate governance, Shaun provided counsel on SEC and Nasdaq reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and executive compensation matters. Shaun earned a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Financial Management from The Ohio State University, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Psychology from Vanderbilt University.
