Gillian Smith

Gillian Smith is an experienced leadership coach and HR professional currently serving as a Lead Coach at Connect and Partner at FifthEagle. Since September 2021, Gillian has focused on fostering a leadership culture centered on connection, sustainability, and humanity. Prior to these roles, significant experience was gained as HR Country Manager at Hitachi ABB Power Grids and Senior HR Business Partner at ABB, managing HR operations and initiatives for large teams and business units. Gillian's career also includes positions as HR Advisor at ABB’s Enterprise Software and HR Business Partner at Shepherd Group, where expertise in coaching, talent development, and organizational change was applied.
