Sonia GAHA is a Global Talent Development Leader and Human Skills & DEIB Strategist with extensive experience in cross-cultural communication and organizational transformation. They are currently a Global Learning and Development Manager at fifty-five, where they implement DEI initiatives and learning strategies across multiple international offices. Sonia's academic credentials include a Master's Thesis focused on DEIB and Responsible AI from ESCP Business School, coupled with a PhD in American Studies from the University of Paris X Nanterre. They are also an One Young World Ambassador and serve as a facilitator for the I Am Remarkable program. Previously, Sonia held various teaching and managerial positions in prestigious institutions, enriching diverse multicultural environments.
