Thomas Terdjman

Thomas Terdjman is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and impact investing. As a Partner at Tekton Ventures since June 2015, Thomas contributes to a global early-stage venture fund known for investing in over 130 companies, including more than 10 Unicorns. In addition, Thomas serves as the European Director and Managing Director at Tsadik Impact, focusing on scalable startups in health, education, financial inclusion, and climate sectors. Thomas is also a Fellow at Kauffman Fellows, a prominent network of venture capitalists, and a Genesis Member at VC3 DAO, which aims to innovate venture investment models through Web3 principles. With a long-standing role on the Investment Committee at the Tsadik Foundation since 2009, Thomas manages a diversified multi-asset portfolio. Recent investments include Hohm Energy, Lumaly, Fifty, Pandas, and Tushop. Thomas holds a Master in Management from London Business School and a BSc in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
