Jaya Kala has a diverse work experience with various roles in different industries.

In 2018, Jaya worked as a Secretary General at Modern Yuva Munch, where they introduced the Model Yuva Munch concept in their college. The event aimed to activate minds for Indian Policy and Local governance and was held annually for two days.

During the same year, Jaya also served as an Articled Assistant at Amar Tandon & Co. They underwent summer training in "Income from Salaries and Income Tax," gaining hands-on experience in taxation, with a focus on income tax.

From 2020 to 2022, Jaya worked as a Teaching Professional, initially teaching humanities to senior secondary school students and later specializing in General Studies and Sociology for UPSC aspirants during their preparation for the UPSC CSE exam.

In 2022, Jaya joined FiftyFive Technologies as a Marketing Analyst. They generated daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports, analyzed diverse data types, and provided market intelligence for program launches and advertising effectiveness.

Later in 2022, Jaya transitioned to the role of Brand Manager at FiftyFive Technologies. As a brand manager, they analyzed brand positioning and consumer insights, shaped and communicated vision and mission, wrote persuasive concept boards for brand campaigns, and translated brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. Jaya Kala attended Indian Institute of Management Rohtak from 2023 to 2024 and obtained an Executive PGP degree in Product and Brand Management. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Masters in Sociology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, specializing in Sociology.

Before their post-graduate studies, Jaya Kala completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Lucknow, between 2016 and 2019. In their senior secondary education, they attended City Montessori School from 2015 to 2016, focusing on Commerce and Mathematics.

Additionally, Jaya Kala pursued some certification courses to enhance their skills. In November 2022, they obtained certificates in "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage, "How to Slow Down and Be More Productive," "Strategic Thinking," "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," and "Transform Your Personal Brand" from LinkedIn.

Furthermore, in 2019-2020 and 2020, Jaya Kala studied at Vajiram and Ravi IAS Institute, completing a General Studies Program with a focus on Polity, Economics, Environment, and International Relations. Jaya also pursued a specialized course in Sociology during their time at the institute.
