We're an unconventional company. We talk a lot about dreams, because they're a big deal to us--and everyone has them. For many people, buying and closing on a home is a lifelong dream. And making dreams come true is what brings us to the office every day. 

A home represents the promise of peace, prosperity, and being settled on your land. Our very name is rooted in that dream, inspired by George Washington’s famous quotation of the Biblical prophet Micah. America’s first President referenced the idea of each person finding peace sitting beneath their own “vine and fig tree” more than 50 times in his handwritten letters. We were so inspired by the beauty of that notion that we named our company to reflect it. 

Here at Fig, we believe that doing our work and serving our clients well is an opportunity to make dreams come true. As a privately owned company, we can provide flexible solutions that help make home ownership a reality.

A Rich Local History:
On paper, the Fig name is brand new. However, our office is one of the oldest in the Wenatchee Valley. Over the past 75 years, our historic names have included Douglas County Title Abstract Company, Transamerica, Transnation, and LandAmerica.

Our property records date back to statehood (November 11, 1889) and include historical information for all properties within Chelan and Douglas Counties.
