Fig Advisory Group is an Australian-managed offshore staffing and business solutions company. We build offshore teams for Australian SMEs and embed them inside the business as if they were a local hire.

Not an agency. Not a placement service. A genuine extension of the businesses we work with.

We don't place people and move on. We place people and move in.

Delivery teams operate from our Manila (Philippines) and Chandigarh (India) offices, managed end-to-end from Sydney. Every hire is trained in the tools, systems, and rhythms of the client before day one.

Sectors we support:

- Trades businesses running Simpro (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, mechanical, engineering, civil)
- Financial broking, mortgage support, and accounting firms
- Insolvency and debt sector operators
- Logistics, architecture, marketing, and customer care teams
- Software, app, CRM, and AI automation build-outs

What clients get:

- Dedicated offshore staff, matched to the role and the culture
- Roughly 50 to 60 percent less than a comparable local hire
- Two to four weeks to fully operational
- Three-month replacement guarantee
- Australian-managed onboarding, oversight, and quality assurance

We hire for character over credentials. Hunger, discipline, and ownership. Our people are proud of where they work, and it shows.

Credentials:

- Great Place to Work Certified (Philippines), 2026 to 2027, second consecutive year
- Best Workplaces Philippines 2026, ranked number 11 in the Small Category
- Simpro Group Partner Network, Registered tier

Australian-managed offshore staffing that behaves like a local team. That is Fig.

Head office: Bella Vista NSW, Sydney
