Jonathan Raynor has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years, having held various roles in different domains. Jonathan started their career as an Executive Search professional in the investment banking domain at Execuzen in 2005. Jonathan continued working in executive search at Cazar Search from 2011 until 2014. In 2009, they pivoted into the hospitality sector, working at Asilia Africa as a Safari Camp Manager until 2011.

Jonathan then moved into the finance industry as the Head of Global Front Office Recruitment at Leonteq Securities AG from 2014 to 2017. Jonathan then transitioned into the field of EdTech, working in sales as an Account Executive and Enterprise Account Executive at Docebo from 2018 to 2020.

In January 2021, Jonathan founded Fig Learning, an all-in-one customized learning solution to help lean HR/People teams without dedicated L&D expertise launch the learning initiatives that bring the most value to their businesses. Presently, they hold the role of CEO & Founder at Fig Learning.

Jonathan Raynor attended Mill Hill School from 1996 to 2001 for their secondary education. Jonathan then went on to the University of Exeter where they earned a Master's degree from 2001 to 2005, studying MChem with a specialization in Chemistry.
