Jonathan Nguyen

Jonathan Nguyen, CFA, currently serves as the VP, Head of Business Operations at Fig, a digital lending company since October 2022, focusing on flexible integrations and innovation in consumer finance. Prior to Fig, Jonathan held the position of Director of Business Operations at Koru, a venture studio launched by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, between March 2020 and October 2022, and also contributed as Senior Manager and Interim Lead, Business Operations at ReturnBear during its development phase. From June 2016 to March 2020, Jonathan held various roles at Wealthsimple, including Senior Manager of B2B Operations and Manager of B2B Growth. Earlier experience includes a position as Business Development Manager and Business Intelligence Analyst at Manulife Investments from October 2013 to June 2016. Jonathan holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University and a BA in Media, Information & Technoculture from Western University.
