Lola Raji has been working as a Business Analyst since 2013. 'Lola began their career at Airtel Nigeria, where they engaged stakeholders to elicit requirements, prepared business requirements documentation, developed process flow models and use cases, translated business user concepts and ideas into comprehensive business requirements and design documents, identified ongoing issues and gaps within project plans, and validated that the proposed solutions meet the business requirements. In 2015, they joined Labet Global Resources, where they led requirements working sessions for projects with stakeholders to draw out the business needs, evaluated information gathered from multiple sources, reconciled conflicts, deconstructed high-level information into details, developed and maintained project documentation, assisted QA team with creating test cases, and facilitated teams during execution of UAT scenarios. In 2021, they began working at Economical Insurance and MBI I.T. Service as a Business Analyst, where they analyzed existing business processes to identify tasks and sub-processes in different lines of business, completed elicitation engagement sessions with stakeholders to document requirements, facilitated stakeholders’ engagement sessions to validate different documented artefacts, worked closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and understand business requirements, developed process flow diagrams, activity diagrams, and process maps for current and future state, documented Business Requirement documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Design Documents, and collaborated with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and completed gap analysis for documented current state. In 2022, they will join FigBytes Inc. as a Business Analyst.

Lola Raji obtained a Bachelor's degree from Obafemi Awolowo University between 2006 and 2011. 'Lola then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Ibadan between 2013 and 2015. In 2012, they obtained an Executive Masters in Project Management from CUPE Limited, and in 2021, they obtained a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the International Scrum Institute.
