Fight Foundation is a non-profit mixed martial arts studio serving kids in our community to learn how to defend themselves in a unsafe situation. Our mission is to teach self defense which in return builds confidence, awareness, physical fitness and leadership. In 2021, we have been able to give 15 children in our community free mixed martial arts lessons. Usually the people that come into our studio have issues at school with bullying or lack self esteem due to situations at home. We have seen major improvements in confidence levels in our students and want to keep giving in our community.
