At Fighting Fish, our goal is to help manufacturing teams improve their operations by empowering them with tailored, intuitive data visualisation to aide their decision making.

We work with shop floor teams at fast moving consumer goods factories, in the manufacturing sector. Though we typically engage the whole range of the org structure, from frontline staff to the exec, our main users are often the leadership layer between the shop floor and the c-suite. These daily operations leaders tread the line between ensuring the factory keeps running hour-by-hour and making sure that targets are still being hit at the monthly and quarterly levels. This is where we come in: we work hand-in-hand with this group to understand their pain points, challenges and priorities, and create automated reporting tailored to their needs. We then make sure that the data visualisation is embedded into their daily and weekly rituals, supporting decision making and reducing time lost via manual data capture and analysis. The end goal is a team empowered to improve by spending less time figuring out what the most impactful next step is, and more time allocating resource to find and implement meaningful, long-term fixes.

To maximise our impact, we often collaborate with both CWF (connected workforce) and MES (manufacturing execution system) solution suppliers to supercharge the impact of their data, and operational consultancies to identify and validate the opportunities they prioritise.
