Augustus Griffin is a seasoned researcher with a strong background in strategic growth and user experience. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Growth Researcher at Figma since September 2022, Augustus focuses on identifying new growth opportunities in collaboration with various teams. Previously, as Research Lead at a community-focused social media startup, Augustus established a research practice and contributed to a significant strategic pivot. Experience also includes roles as a Senior UX Researcher at Lyft, where Augustus developed key strategies based on user research, and as a Senior Consultant at ReD Associates, delivering contextual insights for business strategy. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Global Development from the University of Copenhagen and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science & Government and Spanish Studies from the University of Minnesota.
