Bailey Greene

Bailey Greene is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design operations and management. As the Design Operations Lead at MasterClass from April 2019 to May 2022, Bailey was instrumental in establishing the Creative Operations department and enhancing operational efficiency. Subsequently, as Knowledge Management Lead at DesignOps Assembly, Bailey developed a knowledge management system for a community of 7,000 members. At Opendoor from April 2022 to October 2023, Bailey held multiple roles, including Design Operations Manager and Senior Design & Product Operations Manager, where foundational frameworks were established for a 30+ member design team and a company-wide program was developed to foster a user-centered culture. Bailey is currently the Advocacy Operations Manager at Figma, continuing to leverage a robust educational background, including a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
