Brendan Brown

Brendan Brown is currently Senior Counsel, Corporate and Securities, at DoorDash. Previously, Brendan worked at Slack as Senior Counsel, where they played a crucial role in developing the company’s earnings and SEC filing procedures, and later joined Salesforce following its acquisition of Slack. Brendan began their legal career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as an Associate, providing counsel on various corporate matters, and held roles at other notable firms, including Girard Gibbs LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. They earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and History from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
