Cai Charniga

Cai Charniga is a design professional with extensive experience in product design and design operations. Currently serving in a Design Operations role at Figma since May 2022, Cai also practices as a licensed tattoo artist in a part-time capacity out of an independent studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Previously held significant positions at Spotify as a Senior Product Designer, leading the design for multiple 'Wrapped' campaigns and various growth initiatives, and at BUILT BY GIRLS as a WAVE Advisor, supporting women and non-binary students in their career journeys. Additional experience includes Senior Product Designer roles at Kickstarter and Splash, and earlier work as a User Experience Designer and Design Intern. Cai Charniga holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology, complemented by a minor in Philosophy.
