Casey Tong is currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Figma, having previously held the position of Legal Secondee at Penguin Solutions, where they managed M&A transactions and aligned legal strategies with business goals. They have also worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins, advising technology companies and investment banks on strategic corporate transactions. Casey held roles at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law as a Teaching Fellow and a Judicial Extern with the U.S. Courts of Appeals. They possess a Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Affairs from UCLA.
