Christa Simon is a Sr. Research Manager at Figma, where they founded and scaled the Rapid Research team, creating strategic and operational frameworks to embed high-quality insights into product development. They previously served as an Experience Researcher at Asana and held various research roles at UC Davis Medical Center and Washington State University. Christa earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Washington State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Neuropsychology from Southern Oregon University. Outside of professional commitments, Christa enjoys spending time on the golf course.
