Ellington Hemphill

Ellington Hemphill is currently a Software Engineer Intern at Figma and an Engineering Fellow at Kleiner Perkins, with experience in feature engineering on the Facts Platform and machine learning infrastructure at Credit Karma. During the internship at Credit Karma, Ellington developed a robust data quality validation engine in Python and designed automatic PR checks for managing over 50 prediction models. Previously, Ellington served as an Undergraduate Machine Learning Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on designing machine learning models to predict quantum system movements for nanoscale sensor applications. Ellington holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and AI from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
