Kate DeLeo

Kate DeLeo is a finance leader with experience in strategic initiatives, business reporting, and capital markets. Kate is currently the VP of Investor Relations & Business Operations at Figma.

DeLeo began their career as an Associate Consultant at Rosetta from August 2008 to December 2009. Kate then joined Deutsche Bank in January 2010 as a Vice President in the Technology Equity Capital Markets group. In March 2018, they transitioned to Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in their TMT Equity Capital Markets group. And in June 2021, they became the Head of Corporate Strategy, Strategic Finance & IR at Hopin.

Kate DeLeo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Operations Research and Engineering from Cornell University.

They work with Lauren Willoughby Martin - Head of Corporate Development & Strategy, Tyler Herb - VP, Controller, and Nicole Wittlin - Director, Strategic Finance. Kate DeLeo reports to Praveer Melwani, CFO.
