Lea Fowler

Lea Fowler, M.S., currently serves as the Learning Technology & Content Manager at Figma, where responsibilities include shaping hybrid learning strategies and optimizing technology-driven solutions. Previously, Lea held the position of Learning & Change Partner at Meta, focusing on internal recruiting products through learning strategy and change management, while also leading a network of over 300 Change Champions. At Gilead Sciences, Lea was the Manager of Learning and Knowledge Management, overseeing the Absorb LMS for more than 4,000 learners and developing digital learning experiences for a significant user base. During tenure at AdRoll, Lea worked as an Instructional Designer, managing global LMSs and leading the development of scalable sales enablement eLearning programs. Lea's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San José State University and a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
