Michelle Luong has a background in human resources and financial analysis, having held various roles at notable companies such as Morgan Stanley and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. They served as Compensation Lead at Affirm from 2017 to 2020, where they also worked as a Compensation Analyst and Technical Recruiter. Previously, they were a Recruiting Specialist at Quantcast and an Analyst at Deloitte. Currently, Michelle is a Compensation Partner at Figma, continuing their expertise in the field while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics with a minor in Communication at the University of California, Davis.
