Rhett Dickson

Rhett Dickson is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Design to Production and Native at Figma since September 2020, Rhett leads app and platform teams for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. Prior to Figma, Rhett co-founded Flight Labs, where a productivity app was developed and later acquired by Figma. Rhett's experience includes senior roles at Slack and Apple Inc., where significant contributions were made to infrastructure, core UI, and feature development across various platforms. Rhett holds a BSc with Distinction in Software Engineering from the University of Calgary.
