Ricky Ramsaran

Ricky Ramsaran is a seasoned Program Manager specializing in web experiences at Figma since August 2023. Previously, Ricky served as the Senior Manager of Business Operations at Brightline, where responsibilities included orchestrating company-wide planning processes across multiple departments and improving cross-functional communication. Prior roles at Headspace Health included Lead Program Manager for Enterprise Partnerships, focusing on B2B projects and facilitating team integrations post-merger, as well as Senior Program Manager for Headspace for Work, managing large-scale projects. Earlier experience encompasses positions in marketing and technical project management at Wevr, Ramsaran Consulting, General Atomics, and as a Graduate Researcher at UC San Diego.
