Sean Blanton is an experienced Product Designer currently at Figma since December 2024. Prior to this role, Sean served as Principal Product Designer at DoorDash from September 2023 to November 2024, leading design and strategy for the Merchant organization and focusing on cross-product cohesion and cost-saving initiatives. Before DoorDash, Sean was a Principal Product Designer at Navan, where the focus was on creating next-generation travel platforms for various business sizes. Sean's experience also includes a role at Meta from May 2017 to December 2022, leading design for proprietary tools and driving strategic vision for new business opportunities. Sean began his career at Curalate, where design efforts centered on automated product tagging using image recognition technology. Sean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Photography from the Columbus College of Art & Design.
